Banks in Spain
There are banks in mainland Spain, Tenerife and offshore banks in Gibraltar who all offer mortgages to non-residents.
Thankfully, we work with them all!

There are some smaller banks based in the Canary Islands and some more obscure names in mainland Spain who we also use. Each bank has either a leading product, or something the others dont offer. If they have neither of these then there is simply no reason to use them. However we constantly review the product range of all banks and as and when they offer something which enhances the product range we can use them again.
With so many banks, products and criteria to choose from, it is important you work with a broker who understands and is experienced with them all.
